Seconds means there will be defects with the product maybe a glue mark ,scratches, scuff ,chip, loose part, a slightly larger piece of dust trapped within or slight misalignment in the gluing. Sweet Jarrahdale Moon is a laser cut acrylic brooch is part of the MukkaChunks Halloween 2020 collection. Designed, cut and lovingly hand painted in Leicestershire. The Sweet Jarrahdale Moon Brooch measures approx. 5.5 cm x 5.5 cm The base of this laser cut brooch is a  frosted clear acrylic with pumpkin vines engraved and hand painted. There is the further crescent layer on top which is white marble acrylic with engraved and painted ribbon detail and a heart engraved and painted in the centre. There are then further layers of a very pale green pearloid acrylic pumpkin with engraving and painted detail and green pearloid stem and leaves. The stem tied with a pale soft green velvet ribbon.  Please note that this brooch contains a marble and pearloid arcylic which will contain colour variations and and may contains glitter flecks and the surface may to be a smooth as the plain acrylics. Rachael x All brooches come in a branded MukkaChunks box with lots of tissue paper for padding. All postage is tracked/signed for and singular items will be sent in bubblewrap lined envelopes (jiffy mailers) with extra bubblewrap for safety, multiple items will be sent in postage boxes. I have tried to list quite a few shipping destinations however I am sorry if you are not on the shipping list.     Please note that each and every item sold by Mukkachunks is individually handmade. As a result, no two brooches will ever be identical meaning yours will be special and unique. Some pieces may contain slight imperfections though every care is taken to avoid this. Each item will be check and we will only ever send them out if we are 100% happy with their condition.

    All of our items are photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

    Should you wish to return an item to us, buyers are liable to cover the return postage costs.

    Domestic Shipping

     

    All items come in our gift boxes, which are padded with tissue paper.

    Postage costs include either a bubble-wrapped jiffy bag or a sturdy mailer for postage 

    All parcels are sent tracked/signed for.

    Items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of order being placed and payment being made. Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.

    International Shipping

     

    For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch. 

    For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

    Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include some wooden items. Should your item be banned by customs I cannot take responsibility.
