Returns & Exchanges

Please note that each and every item sold by Mukkachunks is individually handmade. As a result, no two brooches will ever be identical meaning yours will be special and unique. Some pieces may contain slight imperfections though every care is taken to avoid this. Each item will be check and we will only ever send them out if we are 100% happy with their condition.

All of our items are photographed and described as accurately as possible. However, if you are unhappy with your item, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

Should you wish to return an item to us, buyers are liable to cover the return postage costs.

Shipping

All items come in our gift boxes, which are padded with tissue paper.

Postage costs include either a bubble-wrapped jiffy bag or a sturdy mailer for postage 

All parcels are sent tracked/signed for.

Items will be dispatched within 5-10 working days of order being placed and payment being made. Parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.

Please contact me if your shipping address needs amending though please note this cannot be amended if the order has been shipped.

 

International Shipping

For delivery within the EU, please allow up to 14 working days from dispatch. 

From the 1st July 2021, all physical goods valued at €150 or under, being sent to a customer in an EU country will incur the import VAT charges to that country, custom duties (if payable) and a handling fee. It is the customer's responsibility for any import charges, taxes and fees. MukkaChunks is not responsible for these fees. Please check this before placing your order.

A full list of the EU countries that this applies to includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 


For delivery to the rest of the world, please allow up to 28 days from dispatch.

Please note I am not responsible for customs delays or charges. Please also note that some countries, such as Australia, have stricter import policies than others and may include some wooden items. Should your item be banned by customs I cannot take responsibility.
